All you have is your good name.

Trainers, yoga instructors, nutrition coaches, chiropractors, aestheticians. The people clients trust with how they feel.

The problem no one names

Nobody intends to be a client for life.

A client who has trained with you for five years, or done yoga with you for five years, is not really a thing. It is rare. So the work runs on their schedule, never yours: the early risers, and the people who work all day and want to come after. The hours are long. It is hard on sleep, on family, on the rest of your life, and it gets harder past the mid-forties, physically and financially.

You pride yourself on what you do. All you have is your integrity and your good name, and you are probably very good at what you do. But integrity does not buy groceries, and a good name does not make the car payment.

The lean months

Longer than anyone admits.

Some areas have seasons, and the off-season is months long, all in a row. The rent does not stop. The lease, the mortgage, the car payment and the after-school activities do not stop. The money does.

Every area has a wedding season, too. Those clients are the most regular and the most dedicated you will ever have. As the wedding approaches you ask whether they plan to continue, and they say absolutely. Then they ghost you, because all they wanted was to lose the weight for the wedding.

COVID hurt these professions badly, and the reverberations are still being felt. Even the ones who weathered it were hurt financially. The lean months are lean, and they can be very long.

The recommendation

The question every client asks.

What should I eat. What should I not eat. What should I take. What should I put on my skin. You answer, because you have spent tens of thousands of dollars over a career staying current so that you can. And then the company you recommended profits from your answer, exactly the way it happens to breeders.

The companies you would recommend do not have affiliate programs. The companies with affiliate programs do not, as a rule, have good products. And when you finally find one that has both, it does not understand what you were looking for. The protein is not plant-based. If it is plant-based it does not taste good or dissolve. There is too much protein. It is fortified with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and a list of other things that conflict with the rest of the regimen you are trying to build. Getting the combination right is hard, and nobody makes the plain plant protein that would let you do it.

Even when the product is right, it is sold in stores, and Amazon becomes your worst enemy. People you trained keep using what you recommended long after they stopped training with you, long after they ghosted you, and the only one who benefits is the manufacturer. You might sell the first unit. You will never keep the business.

The companies want to sell a product. The client wants to buy it as cheaply as possible, and that is partly how they justify paying you. Everyone is looking out for their own interest, and you are the one left holding the short end. It is nobody’s fault. That is the business you signed up for, and you are a professional. It is the nature of the beast.

That is where we come in.

We are not looking for networkers. Your clients already come to you asking what to use, and you already tell them. We built a way for you to recommend products you feel good about, to fold them into your practice, and to have the recommendation keep paying you instead of a store.

Every time a client buys something for themselves, or for their pets, you get something worth a little more than a thank you.

Built with hundreds of you

Only the survivors are on the site.

When we developed these products we talked to hundreds of industry professionals, the same way we did with breeders. They told us what they would want in an ideal product, and we set out to make it. We set out to make a whole lot of supplements. What you see on our site are the only ones that survived: the ones where we delivered a product we were proud to put our name on, and professionals were proud to recommend.

Every one of them has a story. The plant protein is not a Frankenstein protein, and it carries none of the extras that throw off a regimen. The omissions are intentional, because that is what you told us you wanted. A probiotic is a probiotic. The greens blend is a greens blend. Minerals and antioxidants seemed like two things that belong together, so we put them together.

Not in stores

Nothing we make is on a shelf.

Not in a store, not on Amazon. A recommendation you make stays yours, for as long as the client keeps buying.

You already have a profession.

You are a trainer, a coach, a chiropractor, an aesthetician. We don’t want to change that, and we don’t want you to become a salesperson. When a client asks what you use, tell them the truth, and let the recommendation keep paying you instead of a store.
